Nicole Bower, CMT
I began school as a music education major before switching and graduating from Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2008. After working odd jobs for a few years, I finally got full time into massage therapy in 2014. I use a large mixture of modalities in my daily practice, including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Cranial Sacral. I love learning new techniques and attend every class I can to add to my list. My free time is largely spent reading or watching Netflix.
Krystal Rogers, CMT
Krystal graduated from Brown Mackie College in 2012 with Associates of Applied Science in Health and Therapeutic Massage. She has worked full time as a massage therapist for the last four years.
Before becoming a massage therapist, Krystal was an equipment operator. She has brought that "find the issue" technique to her massage career. Incorporating a variety of modalities into each custom massage has helped her find her niche. She is proficient in Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Hot Stone Massage. Her favorite modalities are Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue massage.
Before finding her way to Southside Massage Retreat, Krystal worked for Chiropractors offices for over three years. This experience helped her understand muscle imbalances and how important the soft tissues are to proper body function.
Outside of her career she enjoys time with her three children and boyfriend, reading and creating a better balance in life.

Laura Paczkowski, LE
My interest in skincare stems from having troubled skin myself, so I know how it feels to want to hide your face! I realized after constantly searching for answers for my skin that I had a fascination and love for the skin. I want to help others to feel more confident.
I attended Vogue Beauty College in 2015 and received my license in early 2016. I then went on to do an internship with a Licensed Medical Esthetician to get deeper into skin care. I continue to study and take classes. I am always craving to learn something new in my profession!
On my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and pets and I love rehabbing furniture.
